Preparation Staff asked 2 weeks ago On 23 February 2025, the Foundation for Strategic and Development Studies (FSDS) was officially inaugurated in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This new research-driven think tank aims to enhance policy research and strategic analysis in areas such as governance, national security, development, and policymaking.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka, attracting a diverse audience that included current and former military officials, political leaders, academics, and media representatives. The FSDS is committed to fostering cooperation, security, and sustainable growth under the guiding principle of "Bangladesh First."
By uniting national stakeholders, the FSDS seeks to contribute significantly to the development of informed policies that address the country's strategic and developmental challenges.
