1. Eligibility

4. Purchases and Payments

The Site allows purchases of goods, items, or services via one-time payments. All prices are in BDT (or as displayed) and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to pay all charges and provide accurate billing information. No refunds except as required by law.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans for access to premium features or content. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Pricing and terms are displayed at signup. We may change subscription fees with notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and software (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Preparation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

8. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

We may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. Participation is subject to the official rules for each. Void where prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Upload harmful content such as viruses or malware.
• Interfere with Site operations or security.
• Impersonate others or harass users.
• Scrape, data-mine, or misuse the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
