Modern Technology

Modern technology means a further progress from an old technology. In the present globe, it is beyond thoughts to go without technologies such as television, mobile phone, computers and others. They have strongly made a room in people's current existence and it is quite unimaginable for them to go a day without the presence of these technologies. Modern technology is used in different fields making easy access to relevant information anytime from anywhere through various devices and processes including e-fax machines, eléctronic mail, mobile phones, video conferencing and social networking sites. Human life enjoys so many advantages with improved technology whose impact in modern life is immeasurable. With the help of internet, we can learn new things and do online courses. With the help of social networking sites, we are able to communicate with our childhood friends, relatives etc easily. With advanced technology in the agricultural field, we are able to meet food requirements all over the world. But sometimes the way we implement various technologies ends up harming our lives. Technology has turned the world into a global village with the use of internet and social networking sites. It can be used in greater services of the mankind by applying it only in the development activities rather than in any affairs detrimental to humanity.

আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি বলতে একটি পুরোন প্রযুক্তির আরও অগ্রগতিকে বোঝায়। বর্তমান বিশ্বে, টেলিভিশন, মোবাইল ফোন, কম্পিউটার এবং অন্যান্য প্রযুক্তি ছড়া চলার কথা ভাবাই যায় না। এগুলো মানুষের বর্তমান জীবনে একটি দৃঢ় অবস্থান তৈরি করেছে আর এগুলোর উপস্থিতি ছাড়া একদিন চলা তাদের পক্ষে বেশ অকল্পনীয়। ই-ফ্যাক্স মেশিন, বৈদ্যুতিক বার্তা, মোবাইল ফোন, ডিডিও কনফারেন্স এবং সামাজিক যোগাযোগ সাইটগুলোসহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের যন্ত্র এবং পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে যে কোনো সময়ে যে কোনো স্থান থেকে সহজেই উপযুক্ত/প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য পেতে বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে। আধুনিক জীবনে মানুষ উন্নত প্রযুক্তির অনেক সুযোগ সুবিধা ভোগ করছে যার প্রভাব অপরিসীম। ইন্টারনেটের সাহায্যে, আমরা নতুন নতুন জিনিস শিখতে পারি এবং অনলাইন কোর্স করতে পারি। সামাজিক যোগাযোগ সাইটগুলোর সাহায্যে আমরা আমাদের বাল্যকালের বন্ধু, আত্মীয়স্বজনদের সাথে সহজেই যোগাযোগ রাখতে পারি। কৃষি ক্ষেত্রে উন্নত প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে আমরা সারা বিশ্বের খাদ্যের প্রয়োজন মেটাতে পারি। কিন্তু মাঝে মাঝে আমরা যেভাবে বিভিন্ন প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করি তা শেষ পর্যন্ত আমাদের ক্ষতি সাধন করে। ইন্টারনেট এবং সামাজিক যোগাযোগ সাইটগুলো ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে প্রযুক্তি পৃথিবীকে, একটি বৈশ্বিক গ্রামে পরিণত করেছে। মানব জাতির জন্য ক্ষতিকর এমন কোনো ব্যাপারে প্রয়োগ না করে শুধু উন্নয়নমূলক কাজে প্রয়োগ করার মাধ্যমে মানবজাতির আরও বেশি কল্যাণে প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে।
